Dear God, what do You think or feel about me?

I love you

you are beautiful

I give you all my love

and my goodness

My power is made perfect in your weakness

I am peace here and now

Be amazing

Be kind,

Be kind.

Quite often in our lives, it is so easy to feel like we are walking in darkness. In our world, there are often times when it feels like there is not enough peace, light or hope. Discovering our path in a lot of uncertainty and so many unknowns is not easy and there are many moments where we have to walk in darkness not knowing where we are headed. However, as God’s beloved children we get to walk through life as children of light.

So even though things may seem dark around us, we are called to be a light that walks through the darkness, that penetrates through it and overcomes the darkness. By walking on the path God has set for our life — walking in faith and anchored in hope — we get to walk His path of light with our eyes set on Christ. And instead, we will never walk in darkness, but have the light of life.

This light unveils the beauty of our lives and everything around us, despite the hardships and challenges of our lives on earth. And an extraordinary story unfolds through our lives with every chapter revealing how much God loves us —with a beautiful ending that is worth every page to turn.

Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬-‭2‬, ‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭(NIV)

“Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)”
